Description
朝日新聞の1879年（明治12年）の創刊号から今日まで 約140年にわたる紙面から約1600万件の記事・広告が検索できる新聞記事データベース。2022年3月に「聞蔵Ⅱビジュアル」がリニューアルし、「朝日新聞クロスサーチ」に移行した。

1985年以降の記事は全文検索方式で、テキスト本文を表示して読むことができる。朝日新聞デジタル（一部のコラムなど）や雑誌「AERA」「週刊朝日」の記事も収録されている。

「朝日新聞縮刷版1879～1999」は、発行当時のままの紙面イメージを収録しており、キーワードや発行日で検索することができる。東京本社版のほか、大阪、西部、名古屋本社版、北海道支社版の紙面や、「朝日新聞縮刷版 全国の地域面」も収録している。

また、第二次世界大戦中を中心にアジア各地で特派員やカメラマンが撮影した写真1万枚をデータベース化した「歴史写真アーカイブ」、1923年（大正12年）創刊から1956年（昭和31年）までの2000冊をデータベース化した「アサヒグラフ」、「英文ニュースデータベース」、「人物データベース」、「現代用語事典 知恵蔵」も利用できる。
