Dr. Idongesit Williams is a Lecturer/Postdoctoral Researcher at CMI, Aalborg University, Copenhagen. He holds a Ph.D. specializing in Telecommunications and Internet Policies, from Aalborg University. The subjects of his numerous research publication are on the digitalization of government services, organizations and society.
